During 2025 I worked on improving my means to keep track of what I found interesting (Toothsome, Portentous, Exemplary, Note-worthy, Curiosity-awakening, needing to be Archived for possible retrieval) in the diurnal surge of interwebs Information in which I bathe. Such links get captured to html pages, sometimes with illustrative quotes. The procedure is now down to a chronology of Encounters by the month, and includes pages labeled as 'General links', 'AI links', and YouTube videos.
Together with my yellow pad habit, and the writhing mass of books on my library shelves, and the instantiation of Projects (/Plantae, /lexicon, /musics. /AA [Abandoned Ancestors], my hours are pleasantly full of continuing my Education.
(see a January 2026 summary)
What's the use/purpose/intention of this curatorial effort? Primarily so that I can (a) find again somethings that I thought interesting, and (b) follow their flux and branching. There's an almost cartographic side to this mapping of mindspaces I've explored and enjoyed via the digital world.
